Rules For your safety, all rules are strictly enforced Driver must be at least 60 inches tall and must have a valid driver's license. Protective racing helmet and neck brace must be worn at all times. All loose clothing and hair longer than shoulder length must be secured. Closed toe shoes must be worn. Keep both hands and both feet in the Kart at all times. Riders must remain seated at all times unless instructed by attendant. No eating, drinking, smoking or chewing gum allowed. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol allowed to ride. WARNING! Any misconduct (including bumping or reckless driving) will result in immediate removal from the track without full or partial refund. This ride is not recommended for individuals who have heart problems, neck or back problems, or pregnant women. Participate at your own risk. No refunds or rain checks permitted.
